we already traded away our 1st round pick so we wont have a draft pick in the first 2 rounds this upcoming draft

I think he was referring to the 1st round pick in the 2013 draft.

Traded our first and drafted Mark Ingram... Cameron Jordan and Mark Ingram were our 2 first round picks in the last draft

Goodell probably would have taken that if we still had it
