This, good point. It is really sad that there were virtually no penalties enforced upon the team/organization, who pretty clearly allowed this sort of thing to go on, or didn't do more to avoid situations or environments where it could happen. Sexual harassment is a really serious thing. If that had happened in any other workplace in America, you don't think some supervisors or management would have been called on the carpet for it?
