I don't know if he's a real head case or someone who has other issues that can be addressed. He's talented and might be worth a lower round trade but certainly not the 3rd or 4th round . I'll give him a chance. We do pretty well with retreads. Of course him being unavailable for court and jail time might be inconvenient.
