I tried on the "Tin Foil Hat" again last night, and I think there might be some problem with the "evidence" that is making the league be so gunshy about coming out with it and letting people see it. Implied consent, or recording something without permission (ie wiretapping, or secret cameras, secret eavesdropping on conversations, tapes obtained without permission, etc) would theoretically be one BIG reason, for someone to be able to say they have evidence, but not be able to share it with anybody publicly. I mean it might be what's going on, or it might not be, we just don't know and can't know.

Ok. I feel farily stupid this morning. What does that mean??? The NFL breached the Privacy Act? Were they in violation of Executive Order 12323?
Did they read our Facebook messages and find out we were sleeping with their best friend? And now they want to break up but can't tell us how or why they know something is up? |

How about this:
The NFL knew.... Actually they planted Sean in the locker room to get the evidence. They had reason to believe that GW would be bold enough to make those statements with the tape rolling. Once the audio was caught, Goodell told Sean to sit on it, until after the NFL had a good climate survey to see how the fans would react. Once he saw he had two options to keep the fans subdued he chose the one that kept any of his evidence out of the public light and kept his informants anonymous. I wonder if Sean made a nice sizable deposit in the last months? Set up! |

"The NFL knew I had that audio from the moment Greg Aiello accepted my Facebook March 19th and never asked for it. Read up!"
So then his releasing it the day before the hearing sure seems to me to be a nice way to grab some free publicity. Unless, he was encouraged to wait by some party unnamed by his lawyer...... Then that would mean..... This **** is starting to make my head hurt, How does Pamphilon get some kind of positive spin from this? Maybe some season tickets right beside Tim Landry's or something? |
