The only thing is - isn't there some audio of one of the Saints saying "show me the money" or something like that when Favre got knocked out? Mike Florio wrote about this a while back.

In any case, whether the players were guilty or not, one thing stands clear: The Commissioner f*cking hates our guts!

So they have evidence of somebody saying "show me the money". That doesn't prove anything other than somebody said "show me the money".
