this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; A little competition is healthy right? Competition for a starting spot means we "should" get the best player starting? Why should a 6 year vet have issue with competing for a starting position if he is the best man on ...

Competetion for starting positions
A little competition is healthy right?
Competition for a starting spot means we "should" get the best player starting? Why should a 6 year vet have issue with competing for a starting position if he is the best man on the field? Now the flip. (with no happy ending) If my boss came in and said "you have been here for 11 years, however tomorrow we are taking this new hire and putting him right next to you. If you screw up once, your going to have to sit the next year out". I would tell him he can take his job and shove it dry, with no hug, lube, or kiss. I am just saying...... |
