Well that "may" depend on how big the players balls are... I would definitely pitch that in my first proposal.

I'm no kinda legal expert but I wouldn't think the ruling on the players would affect the coaches at all.

The difference to me is, the coaches and Loomis confessed to allowing a "pay for performance" program to go on even after being told to end it as per their statements and that's what their punishment is for.
