Well now there\'s a shocker. You mean another backup we picked up in the hopes that he would blossom in NO isn\'t panning out. Who ever would have expected that?

You can choose to be like Danno and focus on this word, \"shutdown\", or you can see the bigger picture, \"failed to make an impact in any of the team’s minicamps\". If you can\'t make an impact at the CB position on this team, you\'re not worth much. Maybe that Del Rio guy in FLA knows a thing or two about defense huh? Maybe that\'s why he replaced Craft with a rookie and brought in 3 new CBs this offseason. Your starting DBs - Thomas and Brown. Scary! But hey, if those guys can\'t cut it just take one of the Dlinemen and put him out there on the WRs, right? Those guys can do anything. LMAO.

:exclam: I think that about sums up the opinions of many on this board for the whole offseason. :casstet:

WhoDat, I\'m sure the Rose Colored Glasses crowd is going to be all over you for this post, but it just underscores one more offseason where this front office and coaching staff has refused to make a meaningful move to address either the CB or LB positions. Detiller\'s 8-8 prediction is looking optimistic right now.

I remember every Sunday night at the warehouse in NO East while we waited to clock in we\'d talk about Jim Mora\'s Saints. The whole conversation would always boil down to whether we were still \"with \'em\". Somebody would make a realistic observation that Mario Bates wasn\'t the answer at RB and Jim Everett wasn\'t the answer at QB and then the whole gang would be, \"But you\'re still with \'em aren\'t you man?\" I\'ll take it to my grave the night that Stafford says, \"Yeah, I\'m still with \'em. They ain\'t worth a s___, but I\'m still with \'em.\"
