this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; We had a rookie cb playing and 2nd year player in Patrick playing. Once we get Greer back we will be fine. If we lose the next 2 games then I will be worried...

A lot of that is due to Shanahan's good gameplan, IMO. They wore down the defensive linemen with the edge plays in the first quarter, forcing the linemen to chase down receivers. I thought that it seemed pretty apparent that some of the guys were running out of gas even in the 3rd quarter when the Redskins started to run much more effectively and consistently. |
