You get your linebackers coach/assistant coach back in week 7 who has 30+ years experience in defensive coaching, and he goes ballistic yelling and screaming in the first meeting and tears everyone on the team a new one, puts the fear of God in them, and busts out the X's and O's and makes Spags explain what the hell he has been doing the past six weeks. No seriously. We are two coaches short of every other team in the league right now. Think about that. The defense IS going to get better when Vitt comes back, and the offense will get better when Kromer can go back to focusing on coaching the O-line, like he's supposed to.
