The 4th down fail was epic suckage, but it almost seemed to me like they started to give up even earlier than that, after Deverey and somebody else (?) dropped those 2 or 3 deep balls. Like, oh well, no deep ball, we're doomed, and they just rolled over and the whole team turned off. I don't know about playing Chase the rest of the year, that's a liiiiiittle over the top, but there was no reason Drew should have been in that game, taking hits and getting thrown to the turf, with the score at 31-7 with 5:27 to play |
