We just signed him to a 5 year ccontract. I don't like the idea of drafting a replacment QB this draft.. Maybe next but wtf do I know. (more than the coaches because they give up on the run too quick)

If Vitt benches Drew, he would be run out of New Orleans.

However Saints need to consider drafting Drews replacment of the future.

To lay this all on one person, any one person is just blind rage. The loss starts at the top.

As important as this game was:

Vitt-
When Drew threw int# 3 he should have been benched for Daniels.
In military terms - When your weapon is malfunctioning you go to another weapon. (period)

Carmicheal -
When you have a running game and PT is ave 6 YPC you don't abandon it.. You stupid man
You certainly do not abandon it for a QB that is having a very off night, not reading the field, and throwing interceptions left and right.

You blind bats that say Drew was only trying to save his streak need to come to terms with the fact that his FKN coach was making most of the play calling, and should have seen Drew having an off night and taken the remaining play calling out of his hands.

The INTs were ALL Drew, to not take the ball out of his hands and stop the madness is all COACH.

This loss is all lack of Sean Payton. Vitt and Carmicheal watched from the sidelines, as play by play the offense imploded and didn't change a thing except to put the ball into the hands of the player having the worst game of his career more.

Its easy in passionate rage to point the finger at players that are having a bad night... Try and step back and see the big picture... Try and do something our coaches on the field couldn't do...

Drew was the punctured artery, instead of stopping the bleeding, the coached started doing chest compressions making the bleeding worse.

Pete and Joe... You two need to need to learn how to react to what you see unfolding right in front of your faces. You both lack any sort of vision and neither of you is a leader.

The nail in the coffin was the abysmal clock and game management just before the 1/2. Coming out of the 1/2 against a team that pulls wins out of its azz in the 4th qtr down by two scores is what made heckle and Jeckle abandon the running game.

PHUCK you Goodell for taking our coach!

Agree with all but benching Drew. He gives us the best chance to win. Adjustments needed to be made to give him more time or get the ball out quicker. Missed blocking killed most parts of the offensive gameplan. Jimmy Graham was a non-factor.

And thats 2 games in a row Jimmy was virtually invisible. The few times I saw him last night he looked a little slower than usual. I wonder if he's hurt. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear he's got that damn sports hernia thing.

I also think benching Drew would be a mistake, but his throws were way off last night.

Re: Loss to Atlanta (My Take)

Cant bench Drew PERIOD. He still gives us the best shot. We still had a decent shot to win this game with all the turnovers. We convert before half its a whole new ball game. And for CHRIST'S sake why the hell we abonded PT and the run is beyond me. Thats ALL coaching.

One bright spot is the D, they looked pretty good last night despite the first few atl series.

Re: Loss to Atlanta (My Take)

It just comes down to one thing the running game. We came out after the half and started to run the ball and did a great job. Why, why would you stop running the game. Our D was playing a great game so even if it did take time off the clock by running the ball once we scored they could have stopped atlanta again getting us the ball back. Atlanta knew we were throwing the ball so it was easy to pick us off again and again. Yes, Drew threw 5 picks, but the play calling is to blame...RUN THE F'EN BALL you have great running backs that were starting to run up the middle. I said it start of the season the saints would go 8-8 but to lose to the falcons...I just can't take it.

When are you guys going to except the fact that Goodell didn't take you're coach. He did it to himself. If he would have stopped the bounty program 3 years ago when the NFL told him too NOTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPEND! You're coach flat out lied to the NFL and tried to cover everything up. Take the homer glasses off. Good God!
