Considering that they've only had 2 2nd round draft pick during the recent 5 drafts - 2010: Charles Brown and 2008: Tracy Porter - it's pretty difficult to evaluate their 2nd round draft success. But just to give you the other recent 2nd rounders: 2006: Roman Harper 2005: Josh Bullocks 2004: Devery Henderson & Courtney Watson 2003: Jonathan Stinchcomb So, I'd say that they've had some pretty good picks in the 2nd round, and I'd take that 2nd rounder back in a heart beat even if it meant that the franchise had to do some groveling in order to make it happen. A pick is a pick is a pick, and the higher they are, the more valuable they are. |
