You could see it in the Denver game, they went for it on 4th down and didn't get it, and then they immediately PANICKED like a jittery spooked horse, it was all garbage from that point forward....the panic thing, which is basically on coaching, again....although we were outclassed by the Broncos at most individual positions, we were looking good and were seriously still in the game until that 4th down failed, then it completely collapsed from there.

I fire spags and place myself as head "D" coach.

Hey, we're at rock bottom. At worse I'd go sideways. All I'd have to do it blitz about every 3 plays and I'd be a middle-of-the-pack coach with prospects.

Nothing breeds failure like constant change and lack of consistency. Ask the Raiders.

We need to set a plan and stay the course. Any coach and player part of that plan stays and heads in the right direction. I personally think we'd be retarded to punt Spags and go in another direction. Yes this year we took lumps but hopefully it means fewer down the road.
