Saints plan to hire Rob Ryan as Defensive Coordinator
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; In Payton we trust. I don't mind it. But Payton sure needs to hit this one out of the ball park....

Which suggests that the Ryan hire isn’t quite a done deal. Just like it wasn’t in St. Louis.

Not my first choice but I trust SP. Hopefully SP can control him and he doesn't do the same kind antics he did in Dallas.

Rob Ryan is in for a SERIOUS challenge. He had the likes of Ware, Sean Lee, Mo Claiborne, Anthony Spencer etc... we don't have that kind of talent on the current roster. Sean has more rings than I do so I trust him on the hire.

A drowned squirrel would be a step up from the atrocity that was visited upon us last season. I would have rather had Romeo Crennel though. I just hope Ryan is a good fit.

Have to trust payton and company on this hire. You have to think payton has a way to control his breakdowns or should say emotions. Lets see if it turns out to be him.
