Re: Ouch....
He is only partially right; Butler may make it back after the bye week.

Re: Ouch....
From all I have read, I am not getting my hopes up on Butler's return. Then what if Vilma cannot return...the $11.6 goes even higher.

Re: Ouch....
With the amount of players getting ACL injuries they need to do something about both looking into the sudden increase of the injury,i have my thoughts why. Also if teams should receive cap relief when players miss the season with injuries.

I mean you will always have people say that teams will then fake injuries to get cap relief or some other such conspiracy but it seems fair to offer some sort of proportion back if only a gesture. Say for example, an NFL approved doctor with no team ties has to perform the diagnosis and if someone is truly out for a season then you get a percentage of their cap hit back. You could even only make that 20-30% which is then not a reason for sending down a massive player on purpose. Hmmmm. Food for thought. |
