He throws that route better then any other route. That pass is always pretty, and usually always works. Colston or Graham everytime.

Yes Sir. The only way it could have been prettier, is if it were in the end zone.
Watch that clip though. He had no pressure and a nice pocket to step up into...something he didn't have the rest of the night.

+1. Some posters will never appreciate greatness until it's gone.

I don't think anybody fails to see how great Drew Brees is, today and in the history of the game. My initial post is around the decision making that seems to be getting more Favre-like (I don't feel inaccuracy is an issue with Brees, the rain probably affected him). That second INT was part of a growing trend of Brees making critical turnovers. In that situation, we were in FG range up by six points. A FG would have made it a two-possession game. An incomplete pass would have been a victory there, but an INT for six the other way was a ten-point and momentum swing of epic proportions. We were fortunate that the defense stepped up with a minute left and Lindell missed that kick. I think back over the last couple of years and can remember right off the top of my head some throws that he made that we never saw in his earlier years in NO. Again, as I posted in my initial post, he's a top three QB in the league, but he needs to take better care of the ball.
