Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
I still think we should sit Ingram's toe and give KRob a chance to play from the start of the game (not a starter exactly) but give him a few carries along with PT and Sproles, see who has the hit hand, then feed it to that person more.
We sure need to take some pressure off of Brees and the O line. |

Our o-line has been atrocious all season. When it counts, our RBs are on their own, and none of them have performed.
Giving credit to Khiry because he ran well against a team that gave up is akin to giving credit to your Bro for losing his virginity to a hooker. |

Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
Yes it was in garbage time but lets be real here......Robinson has been outplaying Ingram since training camp. SP made Ingram play most of the 4th preseason game......think about that. I think it says a lot that SP trust him at least to close out the game over Cadet also. Cadet has been active since the season started you would think he would get snaps before a Khiry Robinson who was in street clothes for the first 2 games.

Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
Ok, so even if it is a case of the Cards D totally mailing it in, where is the harm in letting KRob have some touches BEFORE the 4th quarter???
Maybe he'll suck, but do we really think Ingram is going to do ANYTHING, even if healthy??? Where's the harm??? Not proclaiming KRob the next AP or Lynch, but he CAN'T do worse than Ingram! |

Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
While I'm going to take Krob's performance with a grain of salt given the situation, I would like to see him at least get a few touches. I think ingram has problems with his vision and finding whatever holes are there. I think cadet can be good but I don't trust his ball security. This leaves me with just krob, pt and sproles.
One thing is for sure we need get drews passing attempts down. He's is taken way too many hits this year. If that means, taking a shot with krob than so be it but please do something to protect drew. PS. Did anyone else notice how bad ben watson looked in pass protection? |

Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
I am always curious as to what yardage "counts".. If we are up by 24 the ground yardage is garbage, if we are down by 24 the passing yardage is garbage.. Ifa team gets dominated by another team we say they got their azz whipped but dont * with they gave up at the 1/2, or the other team gave up that's why they threw up a 40 burger..
Performance only counts when the game is within 14? The inconsistency throws me off a bit. |

Re: Khiry Robinson runs nasty
We stack reasons why Ingram isn't preforming well, or why Robinson ran well like pancakes at Denny's.
It is what it is, and we burn way to many brain cells trying to figure out what it isn't. |
