Amen. Zone blocking would work better for Armstead and a more athletic RT... But it doesn't suit Brown and Strief. With that being said, Brown and DLP are free agents after this year so I wouldn't be surprised if we let them both go and move forward with Armstead and a center that we pick in the first round of the draft.

We have not played great all year long. We have played well enough to beat the teams we have beaten, who are all bad teams btw. We were lucky to win those and just as easily could have lost. None of our wins have been impressive with the exception of the Cardinals game.

Beware... You're gonna be called a fair weather fan for actually pointing out obvious flaws.

But the Saints need to fix the OLine now. This can't wait until next season. If this continues Drew is going to get seriously injured and there goes the season.

Not a whole lot we can do really. Changing schemes is about it. There is nobody out there to pick up. Even if there is someone I doubt they would be an upgrade. It also takes time to plug a new linemen in.

What I mean is kill the zone blocking. It isn't working. Go back to the gap blocking and I think that will help. If Charles Brown and DLP don't inmprove they have Armstead and there has to be someone else on the roster that can play center. This needs to be fixed now or Drew is gonna get killed out there.

I don't think it's gonna be changed. I think the coaches will continue to run that blocking scheme with our current starters unfortunately. I guess all we can do is look forward to seeing what Terron Armstead and a new center can do next season. Hell, for all I know we may resign Brown and DLP but god I hope not.

Brilliant Ill pass that to SP, sure it will make a huge difference :dunce:

On a realistic note our defence still falls apart on away games on turf, and thats a problem we might not be able to fix before the seahawks in the playoffs.
