Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
3 Attachment(s)
Something I saw while watching the game.
So Peyton broke Drew’s yardage record by 1 yard… But did he really? Play in question: 1-5-OAK49 1:28 1st Quarter (No Huddle) P.Manning pass short left to E.Decker pushed ob at OAK 42 for 7 yards (C.Chekwa). So… It’s more like… Peyton had 259 yards vs. Oakland And 5,470… |

Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
The difference between the Manning record and the Brees record besides 1 yard.
2013 Denver has 1 Pro-Bowl WR, 1 Pro-Bowl TE, and 2 Alt WR, 1 Alt RB. 2011 Saints had 1 Pro-Bowl TE |

Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
Hes not gettin much hooplah about it as Brees did but I'd rather a SB over that record anyway.

Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
Manning is their darling, if they can't suck him or Brady off, what will they do with their time.

Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
Manning sat after breaking the record,he could have thrown more.
Records are there there to be broken.Drew needs to comeback next year and do it again thats all. |
Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
DO NOT question the almighty P. Manning. You will anger the football Gods.

Re: Did Peyton really break Drew's record?
I like the fact that passing for more than 5000 yards has occurred 9 total times in NFL history.
........and Brees has 5 of them. |
