That's completely wrong. When he had good games he was good starting with his first carry. That theory is just a BS excuse people started using when he was running into either his own blockers or whoever the 1st defender he came to was.

He and Robinson started looking good when Armstead came in and Evans finally got healthy. Any of our RBs would have looked good running behind week 16 & 17 line vs week 6 or 7. I'm not diminishing what they did, just saying that when there was no blocking they all looked like crap.

Ingram started running like his ass was fire when it was all over the NFL that he was about to lose his frikkin job. Period. I'm glad he finally got that fire lit, and I hope he keeps it burning.

I will be very excited to see how Victor Butler does next season, provided that he can come back strong from the ACL injury.

Here's another coincidence,

Last year he started running well when Ivory started getting carries.

This year he started running well when Robinson started getting carries.
