You guys like the kid that's fine but I don't I see him playing catch up all the time, back turned never looking for the ball, guys blowing past him.

Show me some Proof that he his a good corner
I can't show you proof he's a good corner. How about proof he's improving....... So eagles game... Keenan goes down, we're sure there gonna come back and tie the game because now he's on a #1 deshawn Jackson one of the best in the league. Nick Fowles takes his shot... Corey uses the out of bounds as a defender... And actually gets deshawn out of bounds... The ref didn't make the call but it should have been made, it was excellent coverage even though deshawn made the catch..... He's not Jason David you need time to develop him properly.

You shouldn't throw stones if you live in a glass house, and if have a glass jaw you should watch your mouth..... cause I'll break your face!!! -50 cent

Re: Corey White

He has some things to improve on for sure, but his potential is through the roof.

Re: Corey White

I hope he works out. He's a thumper. Along with Bush and Vaccaro on the field, opposing receivers might start making "business decisions" when thinking about make a catch.

Re: Corey White

I guess some people don't realize, he wasn't meant to be the starter this season...

At the start, he was penciled in as a Nickel CB. Robinson and Lewis were the starters in preseason, Greer had to step in and even then White had to step into a starting role.

I'd say he did rather well for the abrupt situation he was thrown into.

Not even close....

It makes me wonder if you (those that think like that) were even around to see David or good ole highway 22 play... they were awful. White has a bright future.

The one thing him and David have in common is that I see the back of his Jersey too much...Baldwins back pedaling looking straight up and you would think his (White)potential would tell him hey this guys setting up to catch the ball..I may need to find the ball and make a play for once....Like I said 4th corner..Maybe 3Rd if that makes you feel better.

Re: Corey White

Being thrown into the fire was not bad for him, only will make him better. Wait and watch how much better he plays the nickel next season. For him being thrust into the #2 cb position with very little help from the safety position says a lot. Just think if we had a ball-hawking FS to help out.

Re: Corey White

I may be in the minority, but I hope we continue with White as a #2 CB opposite of Lewis.

He was not bad at all this season. And he will only improve.

Re: Corey White

For a late round pick he is better than we should expect. I think he can be a solid nickel corner. His tackling is one of his admirable qualities. He struggles when the ball is in the air in a lot of aspects. But definitely not a write off player.
