No, thanks. I like the way we play. There are few bad games in each season, but we dominate weaker oponents (no need for comeback when you are up 20 pts by halftime) and force true elite teams to bring their A game if they wanna have a shot against us.

Brees is fine. He will have to downgrade his game for better looking comeback section in CV.

And he is elite. The stats back it up. Favre threw more interceptions then anybody to ever play and he was considered elite all the way until we ended his career.

The year we won the Super Bowl he was the best QB in the NFL. That following year, same thing. He's slipped to fourth, but I could argue he and Peyton are tied for 3rd regardless of the records broken this year.

What I've noticed in the last 2 years is we usually start slow, and really haven't been dominate, you can blame it on a bad 2012 D or 2013 O that struggled but alot of yards by Brees has come from playing from behind when we had to go with the passing game and I really can't recall (which I may be wrong) that come from behind wins have been about null. I believe Brees window is nearly ending, I love the guy but I refuse to wear rose colored glasses on any player we have, Payton and Brees make a good duo but if you take away our 2013 D I think we would not even made the playoffs this season. Manning and Brady have the knack to come from behind and execute better than Brees does. The 2011 season is when I feel Brees looked the best he has ever looked, the best QB. in the NFL in my opionion but not now. I truely believe he was elite then, but as of right now I don't see it. Can he return to form, maybe but what I do know is he is the best thing going for the Saints at this point in time until he isn't.

I never understood why interceptions bring down a QB's status so much. I remember Aaron Rodgers getting MVP over Drew all because Drew had more interceptions that year...nevermind that Drew smoked him in every other category. I dont care if a QB throws 3 picks a game-if he is putting up 30+ points a game and having CONSISTENT 5000 yd. seasons,he is elite in my book. Drew may not be the best,but he is definitely elite.
