I do get your point though Jack, Vargas's article is more of a someone else's opinion article than a story.

That's what I was trying to point out. That article is the ONLY place that mentions this from a source. Every other reference refers back to this article in one way or another.

And by the way, here are actual Bush tweets on the subject:
