The present CBA stands for 10 years and is not a living document, so dont expect any re-defining until 2021. They will rule on Jimmy Graham but not changes to the CBA, that has to be collectively agreed upon.
Evidence: 1. In spite of how poorly the CBA is written, it was not changed when Goodell was smacked down by a judge for Bountygate. 2. In 2011 they failed to close the double dip loophole, they cant readdress it until 2021.
