While it was unnecessary and needs to be cleaned up, being aggressive is his style of play, he just needs to be smarter doing so

Luck is a strong dude, but no way a DL should lose a take down to a QB...

Hicks has got to right-the-ship, we're counting on big things from him and decisions regarding his contract/next draft have to be made...

Thought it was Junior as well, guess I'm starting to look at Junior with the stink eye with the missed zone assignments in pursuit of the sack stats...

Good catch.

My thought was Cam was afraid of getting called for something since he was down at Luck's knees.

Hicks, on the other hand, looked like he wanted to be called for something.

Looking at the play, leverage (seemed to me Cam had little); plus Andrew Luck is a big boy: Hicks had him all wrapped up and could not bring him down either without going Ndomikong on Luck.

Officiating crews are so inconsistent from 1 to the next that teams spend more time in film study planning around certain officials and crews.

Its so bad to a point it can completely throw everything off, which it has in the past many years, hence why Seattle won a SB aside from paying Peyton Manning off.

Hicks was in beast mode last night. I think they slowed him down with those penalties. Loved his hustle. The O-line of other teams better beware, our D-line is the real thing.

I believe the refs are targeting the saints; that offensive interference call on M Colston was a B.S call

in the old days that was just a tackle.

pansy ball. put a tutu and and a red tank top on the QB already.

andrew luck breaks tackles and is a beast in his own right. these umps need to to realize this. and stop calling this as if he was a little school girl back there

nfl is going to hell in a hand basket

I have no problem with Hicks. He is a man among boys. lol

I have problem with Jordan and Galette missed tackles/sacks. Be mean and don't get cute with an opponent! Even in first two games there were some soft/weak attempts and missed opportunities.
