It's awful how all of us predicted a Saints superbowl, it looked as if all the pieces were coming together. 10 weeks later we are below .500

We have a losing record, but at least we've played our best ball with our backs against the proverbial wall.

We were 1-3 after that humiliating loss @ Dallas to win a gut-check against TB. Then sitting at 2-4 after that heart-breaking loss @ Detroit, we play lights-out against Green Bay & Carolina.

My bet is that we play according to what Carolina does tonight, as sad as that sounds. If Carolina loses, we'll probably ho-hum our way through Sunday against Cincinnati and maintain that "we are still a scary team even at 4-6" mantra. If Carolina wins, we play lights-out against Cincinnati to stay a game ahead in the division. Maybe a bit of sarcasm, but this seems to be the way this team plays this year.
