Re: Saints thinking about life after Drew Brees
Who did we draft recently on defense that's a square peg in a round hole?

Re: Saints thinking about life after Drew Brees
I would like to see Drew here for a few more years with great protection like he used to have. He's not comfortable with that line and it's very obvious. I will admit,he did look comfortable yesterday, and we saw the results of that. I would love to build a superior o line to protect Brees on his way out and give a good start to whoever comes in. Someone mentioned getting Cousins and I would not have a problem with that. I've been impressed with him the few times I got to watch him play. I feel pretty good about Griffin(Drews backup, not RG3),but I think Cousins would be a better option IMO.

For those that feel tempted, please see exhibit the NY Jets... what a disaster at QB!

Re: Saints thinking about life after Drew Brees
Goodwin's play this season has impacted both guard spots.
Solidify the line and we'll get another 3-4 years of the Drew Brees we saw in Pittsburgh. |
