Real question is: Do we overpay him or use that money for LB or solid veteran CB. I'd say let him walk. You can always find serviceable RBs.

Let's assume Mark hits 1,000yds and 10 tds. Those are career numbers (by far) and he'll definitely draw interest in the open market.
Loomis is carrying around $160mm into 2015 with a cap around $140mm. That's the most in the NFL. Robinson is signed through 2015 and PT through 2016. It's not like we need to get into a bidding war but if we know one thing - none of our RBs make it through a full season. IMO, you offer Ingram a 5 year, $28mm deal with about 70% guaranteed. |
