I agree with you, but in their mind that **** does not compute. Equality through exception. Have you ever watched a woman try to reason something? Women are crazy, no ****, man. I mean they really are.

Here is a good story, and it is true. I was recently working with a group of women. There was only one other man in the entire group. During a discussion one of the girls replied to her friend "I would have smacked the **** out of him." So I thought this would be a good test group. (I liked them all, they were cool as co-workers) I sat near 4 of the women. I said I have been slapped by two women in my life, but have never put my hands on one. How many of you have slapped or hit a man? 4 for 4. Each of them raised their hand. True story. Not an ounce of embarrassment, matter fact it was more a joke and there was pride there.

It is beginning to look like this will all get thrown out. There were FOUR witnesses that all say Junior did nothing to the girl. She refused to leave his premises and brandished a knife. This was recorded.

No. Don't move along. Yell. Scream. Raise three shades of hell. This woman, assuming she lied, should be made to suffer in JUST THE SAME WAY she would have him suffer had he been guilty. That's the only was to stop the abuse of the system.

Hopefully there is a clause in the contract stating: If you do anything overly retarded like "beat up a woman" your contract is void! No deal!

You are correct and the Saints likely wrote it as a roster bonus so they can convert it to signing bonus and spread it out. A signing bonus can only be spread over five years, so often teams write these guaranteed roster bonuses which then are converted to signing and move money further out. Either way, the Saints would absorb the whole amount if he is cut.

And nothing happens to the accuser. This is wrong on every level one can imagine, and yet women do it (and get away with it) all day every day.

I agree, SaintFan. These charges are serious, and can be abused.
There should be consequences when one cries wolf, if it is beyond a
shadow of doubt there was abuse.

I wonder if a player announces he has a terminal disease, and one month
to live would we immediately begin discussing cap money?

If a key player died tomorrow you can bet the front office would and should be focused on what to do because of it. It doesn't mean they don't care about what happened.
