Haslett's teams used to train out in the heat and they fell apart late in the season just about every year. This is not freaking Junction Boys anymore. You get a few hours and one practice session each day. And most of those aren't full contact. That's it. Under those restrictions you're just wasting time, energy and reps going out in the heat. If the team is mentally tough, they will overcome things during the season. If they are not, they won't.
