So Mason Foster has officially signed with the Bears. Be honest folks... If you were told a few weeks ago that we'd be signing Dannell Ellerbe instead of Foster (without knowing the details of a trade being involved) would you be disappointed? Strictly based on your perception of both players before free agency started. Personally, yes.

we will see. i would have loved to have both.

Both are solid all around player

But Foster has that knack of being in the right place at the right time.

that to me is the biggest difference.

Hmmm... That's interesting. We never normally sign veteran free agent WR's. Who's out there still that this could be referring to? Greg Jennings?
