This is a completely different team then 09. Hell, by 2011 when Sproles was brought on we only had 10 players remaining from the SB roster. We won a Superbowl without Cooks, Jimmy, Stills, Ingram so we might as well get rid of all of them... Oh wait Goodwin won a Superbowl with us so obviously we should keep him, can we bring Shanle back too?

Not trying to be a Douche, but I do feel I'm pointing out the obvious.

Lastly, Colston didn't say the offense could function without him, he just said they were different and less effective without him.

You did not point out the obvious, you responded with sarcasm because my comment wasn't logical to you. I understand your thinking, but you're looking way to deep into my comment. It was just a simple comment towards Colston's BS remark. It comes across to me like he's making excuses. If you disagree with me,that's fine but if you still don't understand, then just let it go.

Problem is simple football, Line of Scrimmage...

And when we took on what was then upstarts like Seattle, San Fran in the playoffs they weren't intimidated by our offense...

We had a very, very effective offensive line that could smack teams in the mouth in the past...

Nicks left, Evans and Strief got older, like Parcells, Madden et al would say, it starts upfront...

We get to where we can easily pick up two downs by just snapping the ball, which...

Having a powerful offensive line 'masks' inefficiencs of our defense, because...

Or having that lunch pail front seven type on defense that could scrap and scrape and weren't wore out from losing the time of possession...

But fixing the offensive line can happen real fast this offseason cause it's like having a group of bullies that have the ball and no one can get to it because it's protected...

I mean look at what Dallas achieved and they have Romo at quarterback; and Dallas smacked Seattle this season...

Fix the offensive line. Fix the defensive front seven. Celebrate Lombardi Gras again...

I wonder what an upgrade at center would do for Grubbs?

And the D line has excellent your talent in Jordan and Hicks.

I still don't understand why Goodwin got started over Lelito

Every game that Lelito played centre, he was clearly the better player

The consensus on how to stop Brees is to get A gap pressure so he can't step up and fire, with Goodwin in at centre, the blitz was constantly in Brees' face.

Exactly!! Stud C and replace 1 of the 2 G we have with a stud G and we are back in buisness. Of the 2 G Evans and Grubbs to me Evans got pushed around way more than Grubbs. I'm not saying Grubbs play was satisfactory in the least but put a stud C and stud G to go along with Grubbs would be smart. He does need to take a big paycut though.

Not a damn thing; seen that guy get thrown like a doll...

Remember that home game against Miami when Sproles bailed us out on those wheel routes?!?

Those young Dolphins were treating Grubbs like a b****!!!

Get that big boy Boling in his place at a better cap number, younger, and with more nastiness!!!

Would love to see Boling pancake one of those Seattle pass rushers...

I really like your idea of fixing the o line through FA,but if we can't afford a CB then I would rather see us pick up the Raiders center and maybe Jackson from the Texans. We can pick up Sherff or Collins if Sherff isn't there. But it would be nice to get a center, guard and corner in FA so we can draft heavily on the defensive side.

BIL is a Texans fan and he told me Jackson isn't worth the money, he's been way to inconsistent for anyone to throw big money at him

Hmmm...didn't realize that. Well,my first choice has always been Maxwell, but I think he'll be too expensive. But then again,I thought Byrd was too expensive and we fit him in. I guess what Sean wants,Sean gets and I know he's very aware of the CB situation.
