That would be kinda' cool and I think the stadium upgrades are a joint venture:

We touched on this briefly (publicly funded stadiums) in another thread and while I'm generally not in favor of it, situation dictates and I think it's something for each individual community to decide. I look at what the Benson's do for New Orleans overall and the public contribution they're getting ($5million grant?) and I gotta' figure it's worth it, in this case.
