This will be so interesting. I could really see Graham struggling next year, in a run happy offense with a QB who is not Drew Brees. Then again, Graham could end up being SuperBowl MVP.

Re: Saints Trade Graham to the Seahawks

This trade is perfect for Seattle. We were trying to trade the 1st round pick all offseason so from our perspective is a proven pro bowl starter for a 1st round pick..... yes. That being said, I hate Graham so this will be interesting.

Unger has had health problems and seems to be breaking down. If he is healthy, you will love him. The real value for your organization will be the draft picks. We all love unger but he is unreliable at this point. Obviously your organization sees real talent in the first round so it is impossible to say "who won".

Just had people telling me i should be crying and we are screwed as we have no money

reply
Saints 2016 Cut Bunkley/Hawthorne no Graham cap, inc unger deal. we have 25ml in free capthats with Colston,Evans,Grubbs getting 10ml each(they wont get it) and brees cap being 27ml in the year he will restructure/extend.

We could easily be entering 2016 with 40ml free cap space
Gotham City Rogues Saints 2016 Cut Bunkley/Hawthorne no Graham cap, inc unger deal. we have 25ml in free ca

Same with Graham, he has battle injuries the past two seasons... And against physical defenders(decent press off the line) and Graham struggles mightily...

Look forward to him becoming non existent in games when he is defended properly

Isn't this a reference from Riddick? Too funny? LOL!

It will be interesting to see how he fairs in your offense, he might be better because Wilson has the ability to extend plays when the pocket breaks down

Although as a seahawks fan you will already know what happens when teams get physical with Graham at the line, you did it in the playoffs and he completely disappeared.

Re: Saints Trade Graham to the Seahawks

I keep seeing people saying that we're going to run the ball now.... Who's going to run it? I don't remember Ingram doing so well, and we just got rid of Thomas.

Also, don't new draft picks usually take a few years to really settle in? How's that going to help for this year?

Re: Saints Trade Graham to the Seahawks

I like the trade, but it bothers me that it had to be with Seattle. Wish it was an AFC team. It also bothers me as to what we had to give up to get Graham signed to that contract. We sure could have used Sproles at least last year.
