Is the Brees trade rumors true?

I don't see it, but I would feel a whole lot better if someone in the upper Saint org. would come out and crush these rumors, and that hasn't happened.

Bringing in an all pro center reeks of wanting to protect somebody as much as possible. Not seeing it.

Or being mischievous one may suggest signing a great run blocking centre to pair with a run blocking G in Grubbs and a T with the speed to get up field means we are becoming a running team.

Why would Loomis or Payton agree to send the best player in franchise history to a division rival, they know how competitive Brees is, that would be asking for trouble.

I think Brees plays out his contract and we address QB near the end of it.

The orignal Bucs story, made no sense. It would be like Ellen Degeneres reverting back to straight and marrying Bruce Jenner.
