i guess, if you're a person who feels our biggest problem last season was defense than yes, this draft would excite you. for me i feel we neglected to deal with the elephant in the room and that is our lack luster offense. i'm gonna say this till the season starts and i'm (hopefully) proven wrong. i have questions (concerns) about our receiving corp, our te corp, our running corp, the o line and yes drew brees. who dats, as an offense (as you all know) i kept saying they look "stagnant". too many 3 and outs, too many turnovers, that along is a recipe for disaster. you cant keep putting your (so called) sorry defense on the field and hope for a miracle. you have to, unfortunately, score points, control the clock and then maybe then you'll win games. now that didnt happen and overall the entire team sucked. hopefully this season we'll get back to superbowl form, i'm just saying dont hold your breath.

Wait, our QB threw about 50 yards short of breaking 5000 yards for the 5th time... Our RBs were around 5th or 6th in the league in YPC and TDs scored, we had the #1 overall offense...

Calling that "lackluster" is a bit of a stretch. It isn't a unit that will take a major overhaul to fix.
