Oh dear lord , I can\'t believe I\'m going to say this, but....

I gotta side with Captain Sunshine on this one. This doesn\'t exactly tweak my nipples.

I agree with both of you on this one, but who else is out there right now..I posted a thread about it and all i got was Sheppard

I like this for 2 reason.

1. Your not going to find one with a proven track record, its going to be a position coach stepping up.

2. He has been apart of a very successful program for 10 years and has In-depth knowledge on how one is run.

I know the uncertainty is what makes people unconfortable but your Charlie Wiese\'s are not a dime a dozen
