I like this for 2 reason.
1. Your not going to find one with a proven track record, its going to be a position coach stepping up. 2. He has been apart of a very successful program for 10 years and has In-depth knowledge on how one is run. I know the uncertainty is what makes people unconfortable but your Charlie Wiese\'s are not a dime a dozen |
