It's a cat and mouse game, SP will not show his hand until he has to.
The diagnosis is a bruised rotator I would keep him out of the Carolina game. He will be a cheap shot target for the Panthers D.

Yeah... that's it. Let's turn the offense into more of a one trick pony. The opponent's defense won't adjust at all or even target the injury. They all play nice, can't you tell?

If they don't respect the deeper ball, not even the deep ball, they can stack the line. There goes the running game and your short little passes.

It seems more PI is being called from the games I've seen. Seattle was getting called for it big time the other night which is well overdue. If we can't throw deep though, we don't get those calls from time to time and it makes Cook's speed a non factor. It would be like playing the whole game in the RZ which is what it looks like right now.

Playing with fire here. (1) You play Drew and he gets hit again, which is highly likely with our O line play, risk losing him for a long period of time. (2) Sit him this 1 game and let him have extra time to rehab. I say why risk it, go with option 2.

I would say chances of beating Carolina with the current Saints in Carolina are pretty slim anyway (just threw up a little saying that). Rest the shoulder and come back strong against Dallas to start a run.
And yes and I know an 0-3 team has blah-blah chances of post season success, whatever.

Ill take Drew at 60% because they could suit ME up and I'd be better than either backup 1 or 2, and I can't even get the waterboy gig...

Yeah, why not suit up and give it a go. We've been watching his fluttering duck passes for 4 years now, why change? Anyway, no receiver on the squad can get separation to make a possibility that those ducks could be effective.

This Staff/FO won't change unless absolutely forced to.

You know what they say about Americans? They will do the right thing only after exhausting all other alternatives.
