Re: Ingram, Ingram, Ingram
Oh brother. We're doing this again? Jesus. If its not Brees its Payton. If its not Payton its Ingram. Good hell. So this week if Ingram lights up the field and we win again who is the next player to get torn apart? Wait....let me guess....Ben Watson cause he dropped a pass? Or how about The long snapper?
Ingram is not a bad RB. You guys just want someone or something to ***** about. |

Ingram has been running hard with effort. I like him, but would love to see Robinson have the majority of carries.

Are you inferring that using 2 picks on Ingram was a good Idea? You can hate on Ivory all you want but there is no doubt he is the better RB. |

Really can't harp on the whole "Ivory is made of glass" saying either, Ingram has only finished 1 season without injury. |

Re: Ingram, Ingram, Ingram
OK here is a Stat Line:
Mark Ingram - 307 yds 4 TD 3.5 YPC / 27 Rec 230 yds He has 537 all purpose yards on the year. His YPC is down from last year, but our o-line stinks and anyone that argues that is blind. He's second on the team in receptions and first in YAC. Sorry, I don't think he's doing bad at all. Ivory doesn't play for the Saints anymore, so I don't care what his stat line is, nor do I care how good or bad he is doing. I care about what the Saints are doing, not the Jets or Ivory. Robinson is a great change of pace back. His YPC is slightly more (3.9) but Ingram is much more versatile (see the receptions and YAC). Robinson is a good #2, but he's definitely not "better" than Ingram. Just my 2 cents. |
