this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; It's starting to become a sure thing. If we're playing at home against a rookie QB when all indications are that we should dominate... We lose. I can't tell you how much this frustrates me. This is a serious problem ...

Why Can't We Beat Rookie QB's at Home?
It's starting to become a sure thing. If we're playing at home against a rookie QB when all indications are that we should dominate... We lose. I can't tell you how much this frustrates me. This is a serious problem that I think points to an arrogance we still can't escape no matter how many personnel changes we make.

Re: Why Can't We Beat Rookie QB's at Home?
A sophomore slump with players who didn't fit his scheme. But hey, instead of giving him this season to prove himself let's bring in Dennis Allen and force Rob Ryan to run Allen's 4-3 and take the blame if it doesn't work out because Allen is one of Payton's "Yes" men.

i think we need a fresh start and give this defensive coaching staff and enema. We need to go in another direction, Dennis Allen included. Clean sweep and start fresh.

Allen hasn't changed one thing... yet. |

Why do you suppose that is? Face it, he's terrible. Any influence Allen has only makes it that much worse. The guy had a terrible defense when he was with Denver and somehow got hired as the Raiders head coach because, well... They're the Raiders. The whole defensive staff is stale. |
If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.
