Rob Ryan Fired, Dennis Allen new DC

Let's be honest... we'll be trying to run a 3-4 with a 4-3 coach for the rest of the way. Or 4-3 with 3-4 players.

I sure hope we try to run a 4-3. That is what we have the players for.

I know he was elected captain but I hope Dennis take his new position by the bullhorns and bench Browner not just for his lack of skill set at cb but for his selfishness to take a cheap shot. Start building a culture that you play for teammates and fleur di le

If Allen can light a fire under D-Line coach Johnson, LB coach Vitt, secondary coach McGriff, and the rest of the defensive staff to get accountability from each of them, maybe we'll have something on defense. Ryan couldn't or wouldn't do this with the staff...too nice a guy, I reckon.

Our remaining defensive coaching staff is lazy garbage...that's a factor for why we're 32nd. Our players (veterans & rookies alike) look lost. It just seems Vitt & Johnson are "Made Men Capos" in the Payton Regime and not much will change until accountability happens with the defensive coaching staff. Just my opinion.

I'm looking at it this way. It's the "good ole' boys" show now. They can sink or they can swim, no more excuses can be made. I look for them to implode and turn on each other or ride off into the sunset with Payton for never in his tender as H.C. putting together a D that has been good.
