this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; They always love the guy no matter who it is. Who's job is it to motivate and push you to be the best? If he was not doing that, he needed to go. This is what is wrong with "players" ...

They always love the guy no matter who it is. Who's job is it to motivate and push you to be the best? If he was not doing that, he needed to go. This is what is wrong with "players" coach's. He is there buddy instead of there boss. This does not work in any profession.
