Exactly. Why on earth they would want to get Marrone is beyond me. OUr crappy defense owned the Jags offensive line and he was horrible as an NFL head coach.

God I hope Sean stays. If not get ready to look like the 49ers. Wonder what it would take to lure Harbaugh away

Well, next season we play against 49ers. So that's a start. He enjoys watching that mess.

I'm ready for Sean Payton to leave. Not too much because of him personally, but because of his relationship with his good buddies coordinating our defensive line and line backers. The Saints do a terrible job developing talent at those positions, we hardly get sacks, it seems like when we blitz that even gets picked up and our secondary pays for it. I've read different articles about the coach coming in from Jacksonville and I'm not sure how that will work out, but I just hope we get something really good in return. Sean Payton has 2 years left on his contract and I'm sure he will have the last say on where he ends up. We are a much better team than what our record indicated this year . . . . smh

I can appreciate your opinion and a part of me agrees. BUT then I think to Saints football before 2006 and suddenly I can live with his buddies and be just fine hoping he makes a staff change.
