I just can't see them letting coach Payton go.

If Payton thinks the New Orleans media and press is bad, he should just wait until he ends up in San Francisco or New York.... They will get one earful of his "he has a knee" and "next question" vague non-answer type stuff at the podium, and the press there will be grabbing the pitchforks and skewering him on his own words. To paraphrase the Trumpster, those guys are sharks, they are not nice people....the reporters will absolutely rip him to pieces and eat him alive on live television, if Payton goes to a market like that, God help him....

After listening at Mort on ESPN regarding SP and possibly "landing spots", I don't think NY will be a viable option as they (Giants) may not be willing to give a lot of compensation for Sean.

The saga continues.

I think no one outside the organization knows anything. It's all speculation. I'm hoping for the best. Good coach's don't grow on trees, just ask the Browns.

I was confident before this week that SP would still be our coach. Now, everywhere I look, everyone has him leaving. Starting to get to me.

For people who want Coughlin: watch how they finish games and ludicrous clock management. Their defense is a "little" better lol
