I think we do. Hasn't SP made it a point of emphasis to bring in a pass rusher this off season? Vernon is the real deal vs the run. This would be a nice start.
Edit: Since the Dolphins have rescinded their franchise tag on Vernon, he will probably command Malik Jackson type money. Jacksonville, Giants or Oakland (teams with cap space) are possible landing spots. |

The ridiculous money gets spent the 1st few days, then the realistic contracts emerge.
I think we make our 1st big move next week after all the stupid money is handed out. |
