A punter has never been worth 4.6 million a year. Crap, give me a solid UFA for 1 million and save me the 2.2 million. We are hurting to bad to spend 4.6 million on a punter. Not sure if your Morstead or just trolling.

I am a female and I'm not trolling anyone. He may take a paycut but like I said before unless you are going to punt for the Saints, Morstead isn't going anywhere.

Folks,

Take off the fan hat and put on your GM hat for a second ... the savings it would reap wouldn't even pay for a below average tackle, or a serviceable starter. Even as a backup, there is value in Strief.

I'd be very surprised if he is cut.

Cutting Strief only saves us 1.2 million. You can't find a better back-up LT/RT for that kind of money. It would be wise to keep him.
