He will be cut by March 10th hopefully they're slow with the trigger to have his cap money count for 2017
Or the Saints could choose to release Browner some time after March 9, the start of the new league year, with a post-June 1 designation. Let's see if any new team that signs him will give him as much as he would have gotten, taking a pay cut from the Saints. That was a pretty expensive deal to begin with. I don't know how he'll do any better on the market. It's better for us to cut him, regardless. He's had a great career, but he's too expensive even at a reduced salary to play like he has recently.
