They tagged him last year and kept him cause Will Smith was a rookie, and Sully was fresh in everyone\'s mind. Will Smith has proven himself enough that they are not gonna pay Howard an INCREASED salary amount. If he stays, it won\'t be at the tagged amount. If he is traded, the tag is removed, or gets a new contract, our cap money is freed. That\'s what I am saying.

And everyone on here is smart in their own way.
